About
About
Carrera por la Paz, or Race for Peace, is a 5K run/walk event organized by the Little Village Rotary Club.
Objectives
Reduce violence in Little Village and surrounding communities through our grants.
Get those same communities, including the business community, involved in our race and violence reduction efforts.
Involve and unite organizations that are currently implementing programs and projects to reduce violence.
Raise funds to support those programs which present viable proposals.
Visit our Community Impact page to see how we’ve carried out our objectives year after year.
